2013-2017 Dutchess County and City of Poughkeepsie Consolidated Plan
The Dutchess County Department of Planning and Development and the City of Poughkeepsie Office of Social Development announce the publication of the draft 2013-2017 Dutchess County and City of Poughkeepsie Consolidated Plan and the draft 2013 Dutchess County Action Plan. The City of Poughkeepsie 2013 Action Plan will be released for public comment at later date. The Plans were developed in accordance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development regulations. The draft Consolidated Plan outlines needs and priorities for the allocation of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Programs over the next five years. We invite all interested parties to attend one of the following public hearings to comment on the draft Plans.

The draft 2013-2017 Consolidated Plan and the draft 2013 Action Plan are available for review and comment for a 30-day period beginning Wednesday, April 10, 2013 and ending Thursday, May 9, 2013 at the following websites:

Persons unable to attend the public hearings are encouraged to submit written comments. All comments will be taken into consideration and included as appropriate in the final Consolidated Plan and Action Plan.
