Office of Vital Statistics: Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, Birth Amendments, Death Amendments, New Births, Burial Permits for Funeral Homes, Paternity Acknowledgments, Genealogical Searches for Birth, Death, and Marriage Records.

8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (both offices)
Monday through Friday

Marriage License Application:
8:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Monday through Friday
$40.00 fee; both parties must be present at same time
