This office operates and maintains off-street parking facilities and lots for the residents of the City and its visitors. The parking staff is dedicated to professionalism, value, and providing quality customer service our clients. This office sells and bills for discount monthly parking permits and provides residential parking permits.

Cannon Street Parking Deck - UniTicket Parking

Commuter parking for Metro-North UniTicket customers is available at the Cannon Street Parking Deck (map). 

New York State Department of Transportation is prepaying the monthly parking fee for those who purchase a monthly UniTicket, for a limited time only.

To obtain your hang tag, complete and sign the information above, and fax this agreement, with a copy of your Metro-North/Dutchess LOOP Commuter Connection UniTicket,to (845) 451-4355, or mail to the address at the top of the first page.

To renew your hang tag each month, please fax a copy of your new Metro-North/Dutchess LOOP Commuter Connection UniTicket to 845 451 4355 or mail it to City of Poughkeepsie Parking Division, 62 Civic Center Plaza, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 along with your name and address before the first day of the following month.
