The Planning Board has scheduled a Special Meeting for Tuesday, December 5, 2017, at 7:00 pm, for the purpose of holding a Public Hearing for the application for a Day Care Center to be located at 103 Hooker Avenue.

The applicant, Pelton Partners, LLC, has applied to create 41 residential units in new and existing buildings at 36 N. Clover Street in the City of Poughkeepsie.

The Planning Board will be conducting a site visit at 103 Hooker Avenue beginning at 6:00 pm.  The purpose of this site visit is to allow the Planning Board to view the site and gather visual information to assist them with their review of the application to permit a day-care center to commence operations on that site in the existing structure. No discussion or deliberation will be had by the Board during this site visit. No action will be taken by the Board during the site visit. While the site visit is open to the public, it is not for public comment. All public comments or questions should be held until the public hearing and raised at that time.
