City BEAT-Patrol Program Update

Today Police Chief Thomas Pape announced an increase of 37% in the number of personal interactions in which City police officers rendered assistance to individuals under the BEAT patrol program.  The Behavioral Evaluation & Assistance Team (BEAT) is a joint collaboration with Dutchess County’s Department of Behavioral & Community Health.
