RFB: 2017 Ford Utility Police Interceptors (RFB-COP-02-17-02)
Beginning immediately, sealed bids are sought and invited by the City of Poughkeepsie for Four (4) 2017 Ford Utility Police Interceptors – Marked and One (1) 2017 Ford Utility Police Interceptor – Un-Marked Vehicles, as set forth in the specifications prepared by City of Poughkeepsie’s Police Department.
Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Contract and Supply, c/o Purchasing Agent, 62 Civic Center Plaza, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 on or before 2:30 pm on March 15, 2017 after which the will be publicly opened and read aloud in the third floor Common Council Chambers. All bids must be made upon and in accordance with the form of proposals and attached specifications and shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked:

All bids received pursuant to this notice will be publicly opened and read.

Funds are made available through Division of Criminal Justice Services ( DCJS) and are subject to M/WBE requirements. There is a 100% goal for M/WBE participation.
Specifications and Contract are subject to provisions of Chapter 605, Laws of the State of New York of 1959, Section 103-A of the General Municipal Law.
