Beginning immediately, sealed proposals are sought and invited by the City of Poughkeepsie for the Repairs to the Financial Plaza Parking Deck set forth in the specifications prepared by The Di Salvo Engineering Group.

Bidding Documents including Bidding Requirements may be obtained at The City of Poughkeepsie, 1st Floor, 62 Civic Center Plaza, Poughkeepsie, New York. Official bid copies may be advertised and /or obtained on the following website: www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york

All questions must be submitted in writing via email to Chris Gent, Commissioner of Public Works: [email protected] and Gerard Feldmann, Senior Project Manager, [email protected] by close of business (4:00 PM EDT) July 12, 2017.

A pre-bid meeting will be conducted at the site. Interested parties shall meet on the First Entrance, 41 Civic Center Plaza, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 on Wednesday June 28, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. EDT
Sealed proposals for Repairs to the Financial Plaza Parking Deck will be received by the Board of Contract and Supply, in the Office of the Purchasing Agent, until 2:30 p.m. on July 19, 2017 at City Hall. All bids must be made upon and in accordance with the form of proposals and attached specifications and shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked:

All bids received pursuant to this notice will be publicly opened and read.

Specifications and Contract are subject to provisions of Chapter 605, Laws of the State of New York of 1959, Section 103-A of the General Municipal Law.
