RFB: Scattered Sidewalk, Program Repair and Restoration (RFB-COP 04-18-03)
Sealed bids are sought and invited by the City of Poughkeepsie for Scattered Sidewalk, Program Repair and Restoration; Bid No. RFB-COP 04-18-03, as set forth in drawings and specifications prepared by City of Poughkeepsie Engineering Department.
Bids will be received by the Board of Contract and Supply, c/o Purchasing Agent, 62 Civic Center Plaza, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 until 2:30 pm on May 16, 2018 after which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the third floor Common Council Chambers, with the contract being awarded as soon as practicable thereafter.
This contract consists of repair and restoration of hazardous sidewalks, curbs, aprons, ramps and related work. Specifications and Contract are subject to provisions of Chapter 605, Laws of the State of New York of 1959, Section 103-A of the General Municipal Law and Federal Procurement Regulations 24CFR Part 85.36.
This project is being funded in part by a U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant from the City of Poughkeepsie, New York. All work under this contract must comply with the requirements of this funding source. The site is located within a Community Development Eligible Area in the City of Poughkeepsie.

Each bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid in the form of a certified check made payable to the City of Poughkeepsie or a bid bond subject to the conditions of this proposal.
