RFB: Concrete Rehabilitation City Hall Parking Lot (RFB-COP 03-19-04)
Sealed bids are sought and invited by the City of Poughkeepsie for Concrete Rehabilitation City Hall Parking Lot; Bid No. RFB-COP 03-19-04, as set forth in drawings and specifications prepared by Clark Patterson Lee Consulting Services
Bids will be received by the Board of Contract and Supply, c/o Purchasing Agent, 62 Civic Center Plaza, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 until 2:30 pm on April 17, 2019 after which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the third floor Common Council Chambers, with the contract being awarded as soon as practicable thereafter.
The Bidding Documents including Bidding Requirements and specifications may be obtained from the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City of Poughkeepsie, 1st Floor, 62 Civic Center Plaza, Poughkeepsie, New York. This contract consists various concrete repairs and related work to the City Hall Parking Garage. All questions must be submitted in writing via fax at 845-451-4101, email: Greg Bolner, Engineer [email protected] , or regular mail by close of business April 11, 2019
A site inspection will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. onsite 62 Civic Center Plaza, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601. Interested bidders shall meet at the elevator corridor located on P1. It is strongly recommended that all prospective bidders attend this tour.
Specifications and Contract are subject to provisions of Chapter 605, Laws of the State of New York of 1959, Section 103-A of the General Municipal Law and Federal Procurement Regulations 24CFR Part 85.36.
