Effective immediately and based upon notices and health advisories issued by Federal, State, and Local officials related to the Coronavirus, the City of Poughkeepsie Planning Board will not hold in-person meetings. Until further notice, all future Planning Board meetings (including public hearings) will be held via videoconferencing, as permitted by the NYS Open Meetings Law. Due to public health and safety concerns, the public will not be permitted to attend at the remote locations where the Planning Board members will be situated.

The Planning Board’s agenda is available online. The public can email written comments for site plans scheduled for Public Hearing by 5 pm on the day of the meeting addressed to Planning Director Quinn at firstname.lastname@example.org. Members of the public will also be provided the opportunity to give verbal comments during the scheduled public hearing. It is strongly encouraged that those wishing to provide verbal comments during the meeting submit notice and/or written comments to Planning Director Quinn by the deadline listed above.
