Rebuilding Together Dutchess County

Rebuilding Together Dutchess County provides critical repairs, accessibility modifications and energy efficiency improvements for low-income homeowners, including seniors, persons living with disability, families with children and active or retired members of the armed services. These services are provided at no cost to the homeowner. Rebuilding Together Dutchess County improves the safety and health of homes and revitalizes the community. These services ensure that qualified low-income homeowners live independently in warm, safe, healthy, and dry homes. Rebuilding Together Dutchess County also rehabilitates properties that house qualifying non-profit organizations serving our community.

Hudson River Housing, Inc.

Hudson River Housing’s NeighborWorks Homeownership Center helps and assists individuals achieve the dream of owning and maintaining their own home. Hudson River Housing offers a full range of education and counseling services regarding financial fitness and homeownership. The program works with families to prevent foreclosure.
