NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a special meeting of the City of Poughkeepsie Industrial Development Agency (the “Agency”) has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 2, 2021, at 6:30 PM at Common Council Chambers, Poughkeepsie City Hall, 62 Civic Center Plaza, 3rd Floor, Poughkeepsie, New York 12601.

PLEASE NOTE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION:

Given the ongoing COVID-19 public health crisis and related Executive Orders issued by Governor Andrew M. Cuomo, the Agency will not be able to accommodate any in-person public attendance or participation at this meeting.  Nonetheless, pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.1, as amended and extended from time to time, suspending the Open Meetings Law and authorizing the conduct of meetings through use of telephone conference, video conference and/or other similar service, the Agency will conduct the meeting live on an audio conference via WebEx.
